Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment for the 2 hour ESG Advisory session is required 7 days prior to the booked time. One reschedule is allowed, and no further cancellations. Payment for all other project based fees to be outlined in a mutually agreed scope of work prior to engagement, with a minimum of 50% of the project fee to be paid prior to commencement. All fees subject to GST.
